Every sanding and finishing project begins with listening. We visit your property, assess the floor's condition, discuss your aesthetic goals, and only then recommend the right approach — no one-size-fits-all solutions.
01 - Site Visit & Assessment
We visit your property to assess the floor type, condition, existing finish and any repairs needed. We discuss your desired look, timeline and budget.
02 - Colour & Finish Consultation
If staining, we prepare sample boards in your space under your lighting — the single most important step for avoiding surprises.
03 - Preparation & Sanding
Furniture is protected, the room is sealed for our dustless system, and the floor is sanded progressively through multiple grits until perfectly smooth.
04 - Finishing & Curing
Your chosen finish is applied in controlled coats — hardwax oil, lacquer or stain. We advise on appropriate curing times before full use is resumed.
05 - Aftercare Guidance
We leave you with specific aftercare advice for your finish type — so your floor stays looking its best for years to come.
